How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Copcreated Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You may contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Copcreated Heating & Air
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
When the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Keep in mind that Copcreated Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Filing Your Complaint
Send an email to contact@copcreated.garden with these details:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We acknowledge your complaint by email. We then look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
